Shipping & Returns

Each piece is sent with the same care it was chosen — insured, discreet, and tracked to your door, anywhere in the world.

Worldwide, fully insured

We ship worldwide. Every order travels fully insured for its complete value, on a tracked, signature-required service. Shipping is complimentary on every piece, domestic and international alike.

Processing & timing

Once an order is confirmed and payment has cleared, your piece is prepared and dispatched within two to three business days, and you will receive tracking the moment it ships. Transit typically takes two to four business days domestically and four to eight internationally, depending on customs.

Packaging & discretion

Each piece is wrapped to archival standards and sent in unbranded outer packaging for your privacy. Original boxes, dust bags and authenticity cards, where present, are always included.

Duties & taxes

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price. We declare every parcel accurately and honestly.

Returns & inspection

Because every piece is one of a kind, we want you to be completely certain. We offer a five-day inspection window from delivery: if a piece is not as described, contact us within that time and we will arrange a return for a full refund. Pieces must be returned unworn and in the same condition, with all packaging and documentation. Authenticated pre-owned pieces are otherwise sold as final.

Lost or damaged parcels

In the rare event a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. As every shipment is fully insured, we will resolve it with you directly.
