Who we are

M’llice (“M’llice”, “we”, “us”) is an independent curator and reseller of authenticated, pre-owned luxury handbags and accessories. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to any enquiry, purchase, or consignment arranged through it. Please read them alongside our Shipping & Returns terms, which form part of these conditions.

Our service

M’llice is an inquiry-led house, not an online checkout. Pieces shown on the site are presented for your consideration: a listing is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer to sell. A sale is concluded only once we have confirmed availability, agreed terms with you directly, and received cleared payment. We may decline or cancel any enquiry or order at our discretion — including where a piece is no longer available or a pricing error has occurred.

Authenticity & condition

Every piece is authenticated by our specialists and is guaranteed authentic for as long as you own it. Each piece is pre-owned and one of a kind; we grade condition honestly on a five-point scale — As New, Pristine, Excellent, Very Good and Good — and describe notable wear on the piece’s page. As pieces are pre-owned, minor variations and signs of prior use are to be expected and are not defects.

Pricing & availability

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Because each piece is unique, availability is not guaranteed until confirmed; a piece may be reserved for, or sold to, another client at any time. We make every effort to describe and price pieces accurately, but in the event of a clear error we are not obliged to honour it.

Enquiries & purchases

When you enquire about a piece, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange the details personally and securely. Any information you provide is used only to respond to your enquiry and arrange your order, in line with our privacy practices. You agree to provide accurate information and confirm that you are able to enter into a purchase.

Selling & consignment

If you submit a piece to sell or consign, you confirm that you are its lawful owner (or are authorised to sell it), that it is authentic, and that you have disclosed its condition honestly. The full process is set out on our Sell & Consign page. We may decline any submission at our discretion.

Independence & trademarks

M’llice is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to any of the brands whose pieces we offer. All brand names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the pieces in our collection.

Intellectual property

All other content on this site — text, photography, design, and the M’llice name and marks — belongs to M’llice or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our site and services are provided in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by law, M’llice is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including our guarantee of authenticity.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which M’llice is established, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site, so please review it periodically.
